One-stop-shop takes off in South-West-Flanders
The open days of a deep energy renovation on 9 and 10 November 2018 were a milestone in accelerating the energetic renovation in South-West-Flanders, Belgium.
Visitors faced a €96.000 deep energy renovation reaching the energy-performance E29. This renovation piloted an unique cooperation between building sector and public sector: the renovation coach set up a trajectory with the municipality, the municipal Welfare agency, and 7 private partners (suppliers of isolation, bricks, windows, ventilation systems…), all contributing to state-of-the-art solutions and integral renovation process management. The architect, energy consultants and contractors answered to the visitors questions.
This is a demonstration on how Leiedals renovation coach, principally focussing on unburdening homeowners, enables innovative cooperation. Due to the high demand, a second renovation coach was hired.
